EUR/USD pair fell to 1.0500 on Monday, as it broke a four -day series of gains with euro bulls to think about their position. The financial markets were bound by a noticeable deficiency in the flow of orders during the American market session, as most of the main American exchanges were closed due to the president’s day holiday. Forex markets will return strongly on Tuesday, but the euro buyers may not find a lot of momentum with a weak data agenda.
The results of the European economic morale survey for both Germany and the wider European region are scheduled to be issued early on Tuesday, but consumers tend to be an actual and late response to economic factors, so the market impact is likely to remain limited. Regardless, February numbers are expected to improve January.
The main American data this week will be the last FBI meeting on the interest rate, scheduled for Wednesday. The results of the American Procurement Manager Index (PMI) is scheduled to be released this week, but not until Friday.
Eur/USD pair price expectations
EUR/USD pair failed to rise above the 1.0500 level again on Monday, as it traded under the main technical level with the risk of running out of momentum from buyers. Technical indicators, including the Stochastic Index, indicate warning signals from an excessive technical position in the purchase, although confirmation of the shift to the descending side has not yet been achieved.
The pair is trading in the northern SIA moving medium (EMA) for 50 days at 1.0432, and there appears to be a strong artistic floor of pricing near 1.0300.
